Her boss Chris Terrell and her fought with insurance to also get my gutters covered … More and some interior fixed that insurance didn’t want to cover! Her and her crew got there on time and completed my roof the same day! She also did a quality safety check before and after to make sure there was no gaslines hit! feel like I got a brand new house! Also they added weather shield which I didn’t have before in my valleys so if it snows again I won’t have to worry about it damaging my roof! They were highly conscientious about cleanup, sweeping the lawn multiple … More times with magnets to ensure no nails or debris were left behind. The tarps and protective equipment used to safeguard the house, lawn, and pool were very effective. Most importantly, the roof looks fantastic. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship and professionalism demonstrated throughout the project.

We had already received 2 quotes from previous companies and were denied by our insurance for coverage when we were referred to Candor.
We asked Chris for an out of pocket quote, but as soon as he found out we had been denied coverage he went to work to get our roof paid.
Let me tell you, he worked hard at it and made it happen. He has the technology to prove hail damage . Date, time, size etc. The insurance companies can not fight that.
Our new, beautiful roof was paid at 100%.
We just could not find one negative thing to say about Candor Roofing or his entire team.
The whole process was done with care and professionalism.

With the last High wind storm we had in Bryan tx area i noticed several of my roofing shingles scattered all over the side of the house laying on the grass. and upon further inspection also noticed several of the 3 tab shingles had moved … More from the area where they were secured. after noticing all this i immediately got online looking for a roofing company also looking closely at reviews from many different company's. and that's when i found Candor roofing solutions. they were quick to respond and even came out the same day to perform a roof inspection i was impressed to say the least.
Normally i am very handy around the house and many other aspects of being a handy man However i don't think i had the expertise to handle this roofing repair as i am pushing 60 years old and was not looking forward to climbing up there being on an incline to perform this repair.
Let me just say Josh Griffin came out and inspected the roof and gave me a reasonable quote and stuck to the quote. also informing me of a specific date he would be able to come out and perform the repair on several areas of the roof. when they came out they had the repair done in a few hours and everything is back to normal roof wise.
on a side note good company good people when you contact them you are of their utmost priority. -

In fact, my neighbor was rejected by his insurance, saying he did not need a new roof, right next door to me. Trey inspected his roof and said he did. After getting a re-inspection with Candor his insurance admitted that a new roof was necessary. He gets a new roof tomorrow.

I don't typically write reviews unless I had exceptional service and workmanship. Without a doubt this job was all that. Working with Chris and Josh has truly been a roofing dream. I had other roofing contractors out to inspect … More my roof but the others did not want to work through an insurance claim but this company from the start showed me places on my roof with hail damage and had software tools that reported the hail dates and wind speeds. This company is very professional and worked with my insurance company to ensure the claim was approved. They were extremely responsive and communicated every step of the process. My roof has a pretty high pitch as well as a 3 car garage and I was floored that they finished the job in 1 day; completing by 3:30 pm including the great cleanup. I couldn't ask for a better roofing contractor. Please check with these guys for your roofing needs. You won't be disappointed.

To say this company goes the extra mile to ensure a quality job would be a gross understatement. Their expertise and knowledge of the insurance system was the key to recovering from storm damage to our roof. They explained the entire … More roofing process in a careful and expert manner. When installation day came they arrived at 6:00 AM (exactly as scheduled) and worked until the roof was complete. An example of the attention to detail is that when they needed to remove some siding pieces to install flashing they went to Lowes with a sample and returned with paint to expertly touch up the areas they had to remove. They fixed the underlying structure of the roof when they found weak areas. The clean up was complete and thorough. This is the best experience I have had in roofing. If you want a great job at a fair price call Chris or Josh at Candor.

I rarely give anyone coming to my door the opportunity but there was … More something about Chris that I immediately trusted. He was well spoken, very knowledgeable and not aggressive or pushy. The whole time he was extremely respectful. I agreed to hear Chris out. Before he left he asked me if I would agree to allow him to do an initial assessment of my roof free of charge. I agreed. From there Chris told me that my roof had obvious signs of wind and hail damage. He told me he would support me in the process. All I can say was that Chris was awesome. He responded to my many phone calls, ALWAYS showed up when he said he would. It one point I was contesting my appraisal with the Brazos Valley Appraisal District. I told them that I needed my roof replaced (based on Chris' assessment). They agreed to adjust my valuation of my home if I had an estimate. I was on a time crunch as I needed the information for a scheduled formal board meeting. I called Chris and within 48 hours he put a comprehensive estimate with photos and text to support my case. I used this to support my appraisal reduction.
